State of Play Research
The State of Play Research is a key starting point of the Go Inclusive project. It explores how inclusive language for LGBTQIA+ migrants is currently understood, applied, and supported in adult education across the partner countries.
Through national desk research, focus groups, and interviews, the project partners examine existing policies, educational practices, challenges, and support needs. This research helps identify both the progress already made and the important gaps that still remain in creating safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments for LGBTQIA+ migrants.
The aim of this result is to provide a strong evidence base for the project by:
- mapping the current situation in each partner country,
- highlighting common needs and barriers,
- gathering the perspectives of educators, professionals, and target groups,
- and guiding the development of the project’s next results.
The State of Play Research includes national reports from all partner countries and a comparative synthesis report bringing together the main findings at transnational level.
