LGBTQIA+ INCLUSIVE HANDBOOK

The LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Handbook is one of the main educational results of the Go Inclusive project. It is designed as a practical resource for adult educators, trainers, counsellors, and professionals working in adult education and integration settings who want to promote more inclusive language and more inclusive learning environments for LGBTQIA+ migrants.

A practical collection of key terms and concepts related to LGBTQIA+ identities and inclusion, designed to help adult educators use respectful, accurate, and accessible language.

STORYTELLING CIRCLE 

A participatory activity where LGBTQIA+ learners share personal narratives about migration, identity, and challenges. It encourages empathy, strengthens group cohesion, and supports communication skills, while ensuring that participants are listened to and respected.

LANGUAGE CAFÉ  

An interactive activity that creates a safe space for discussion, reflection, and language practice around diversity, identity, and inclusive communication. Α safe and welcoming space to practise language, exchange experiences, and explore diversity-related topics through open dialogue.

BIAS DETECTION WORKSHOP

A critical thinking activity where participants analyze media, texts, and speech to identify bias, misinformation, and exclusionary language. It equips educators and learners with strategies to challenge stereotypes and promote equity in the classroom.
